Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC seeks a warehouse operations leader to manage distribution activities in Kentucky. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatching, ensuring order accuracy and safe, efficient processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, strong communication, and ERP experience; high school diploma, college degree preferred. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturdays and 45–50 hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Able to use ERP software and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Ensure order accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with inventory manager to minimize discrepancies.
• Maintain safe work environment and training compliance.
• Review timecards and ensure accuracy for staff under supervision.
• Lead a team to meet operational goals and maintain cleanliness.
