Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Leader to manage receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch of construction materials. You will ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery while coordinating with the Inventory Manager to optimize stock and minimize errors.

The role requires effective communication, 2+ years in warehousing, and experience with ERP systems. You will supervise staff, enforce safety standards, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
• Effective communicator up and down the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to use NEFCO ERP software and warehouse layouts.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Ensure order accuracy, proper material quantities and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with Inbound/Inventory Manager to minimize errors.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse and processing areas.
• Lead staff, enforce policies, and foster teamwork to hit goals.
• Review timecards, approve PTO, and resolve personnel issues.
• Monitor training initiatives and implement improvements.
