Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch of construction materials in our distribution center. You will ensure accurate orders, coordinate with teams, and uphold safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications include 2+ years in warehousing, strong communication, and proficiency with NEFCO's ERP system. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Strong communicator up, down and across the organization.
• High school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Ability to use NEFCO ERP system and warehouse layouts for planning.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and loading per guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality for on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Lead staff, coach and motivate to maintain high performance.
• Review timecards and approve PTO and overtime as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized warehouse operations.
