Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment for construction supply materials. You will pull, stage, and pack orders, operate forklifts, and help dispatch deliveries.

The role requires attention to safety, accuracy, and strong communication with branch personnel. Regular hours with overtime as needed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use NEFCO’s ERP software system.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or Outlook.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must be able to stand on concrete for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, storage, and order picking.
Pull and stage orders; maintain bin locations.
Care for safety, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Operate or be recertified on warehouse equipment including forklifts.
Communicate with management and branch personnel.
Assist in loading trucks and dispatching deliveries.
Verify inventory against purchase orders and update ERP.
