Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a warehouse distribution supervisor to manage receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch of construction supply materials. You will ensure accurate orders, oversee loading, and work with the Inventory Manager to minimize errors.

The role requires effective communication, 2+ years in warehousing, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work and 45-50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Strong communication up, down and across the organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and loading.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and quality of deliveries.
• Coordinate with Inbound/Inventory Manager to minimize errors and missing items.
• Process all parcel shipments for customer delivery.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse and processing areas.
