Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a warehouse associate responsible for pulling, packing and shipping materials to customers and other NEFCO facilities. You will use RF technology and ERP systems to verify inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment, while operating a forklift and loading trucks.

This is a non-exempt, full-time role with overtime. The position requires standing for long periods on concrete, lifting up to 50 lbs, and effective communication with management

Qualifications

• Able to plan using warehouse layouts.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook a plus).
• Positive, hard-working attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for long periods on concrete floors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with RF technology or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship products from the warehouse.
• Verify products against ERP/RF system.
• Operate forklift and other lifting equipment safely.
• Load trucks and ensure correct shipping labels.
