CS Power Systems in Jeffersonville, IN, is hiring a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound activity, and inventory control. You will work under the Warehouse Manager to ensure safe, accurate and efficient handling of goods in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inbound/outbound, storage, inventory management and distribution of goods.
• Support inventory controls and regular audits to verify accuracy and reduce losses.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Accounting team on budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tech tools to streamline operations.
