Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, MAU/RAU, scrubbers, chillers, boilers, and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all facility systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage facility improvement projects with contractors and vendors.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reporting.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance.
