Job summary

CS Power Systems in Jeffersonville, IN, is hiring a Material Handler to move, store, and stage materials on a 12-hour shift. You will help ensure accurate inventory, safe operations, and timely material flow in a fast-growing solar manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Warehouse/logistics/material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift operation or willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to adhere to instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials with equipment.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Receive shipments and verify against orders.
• Use WMS or handheld scanners for inventory.
• Maintain proper storage locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist audits.
• Label, store, and handle materials per procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work environment.
• Follow safety policies and PPE usage.
• Communicate with team and other departments.
• Identify discrepancies or process issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.
