Job summary

WPS - Educational and Psychological Assessments in Torrance, CA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end operations of a 38,000 sq. ft. distribution facility.

You will own safety, inventory accuracy, labor planning, and the warehouse budget while developing a team of about 14 associates. The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Procurement to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations.
• 3+ years leading a team of 10+ people.
• Advanced WMS and ERP proficiency.
• Strong KPI and cost/budget awareness.
• Excellent cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Own KPI dashboards and daily operating reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP development.
• Manage labor planning, staffing, and overtime.
• Own warehouse operating budget and cost controls.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Procurement.
