Job summary

Vista Fulfillment Group in California is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee about 15 warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time. You will assign work, monitor progress, coach employees, and collaborate with developers to improve our digital workflows.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Excel skills, and a proven track record in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

At least four years in supervising 10+ staff in warehouse/logistics.
Experience using WMS/OMS/ERP systems.
Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
Bachelor’s degree required.
On-site work experience preferred.
Experience improving warehouse procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

Direct daily work of ~15 warehouse employees across receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
Assign priorities and communicate deadlines to the team.
Monitor progress against targets and deadlines; adjust staffing as needed.
Train and coach staff; address performance issues.
Collaborate with developers to improve workflows and test changes.
Maintain equipment readiness and resolve hardware issues.
Prepare reports and dashboards with management.
