Responsibilities

• Assist branch leadership with the overall supervision and workflow of the building to ensure inventory accuracy, on-time order processing and accurate delivery of product.
• Analyze and manage daily labor needs and redirect resources to meet customer needs.
• Review scheduling to ensure full coverage and balance workloads.
• Develop and implement alternative strategies when issues arise.
• Monitor outbound activities and adjust as required.
• Coach, train and mentor staff in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
