Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse, Receiving, Shipping and Transportation functions and personnel.
• Manage inventory in Warehouse 400 and Private warehouses; oversee receiving and shipping.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure orders are received and shipped per regulations and quality standards.
• Hire and train staff, assign daily work, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Oversee storage per hazard compatibility plan and perform cycle counts & reconciliations.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean improvements; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• In Wilmington, supervise drivers and optimize truck routes for delivery efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; maintain organized records.
