Job summary

• Hire and train staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Oversee storage according to hazard plan.
• Oversee cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean improvements on site and supervise drivers.
• In Wilmington, supervise drivers.
