Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Aurora, IL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily DC operations, including labor scheduling, inventory control, safety, and equipment utilization. You will coordinate with DC leadership, IT, HR, and Transportation to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective distribution.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, managing staffing, training, maintaining facilities and tools, and producing weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or logistics preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective DC performance.
• Plan and schedule receiving, storing, shipping, and handling of goods.
• Plan daily labor needs based on volume; propose improvement programs.
• Lead daily shift meetings and coordinate with DC leadership.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance; manage tools/equipment.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing and timely shipping per guidelines.
• Prepare weekly efficiency and productivity reports.
