Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is hiring a Hub Manager in Brookfield, WI to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and dispatch. You will lead and develop warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with service and cost goals.

The role requires 3–7 years in warehousing with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and forklift operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years in warehouse or distribution with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping and dispatch.
• Lead, train, coach, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives.
• Control labor costs and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Sales, Purchasing, Safety, HR.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.
