Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States (Arizona area). The role includes coordinating staff, scheduling inbound and outbound activities, and maintaining inventory accuracy to meet customer metrics.

You will supervise a team of 50+ employees, manage payroll, and ensure safety and procedural compliance while driving efficiency across the distribution process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in logistics or distribution.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with inventory control.
• Manage payroll for the department.
• Communicate procedures to staff and resolve issues.
