Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 50+ person operations team in a high-volume distribution environment. The role focuses on directing receiving, storage, inventory and shipping activities, while aligning schedules to meet customer metrics.

You will maintain inventory control, supervise payroll, and enforce safety procedures to ensure efficient operations. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics and a GED/HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Schedule and plan inbound/outbound activities to meet customer metrics.
• Staff based on workload and assign duties accordingly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with Inventory Control.
• Oversee payroll for the department and ensure safety procedures.
