Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a relevant environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Prior MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities daily.
• Plans labor, space, and equipment to meet productivity goals.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse staff.
• Communicates with clients and internal stakeholders on performance.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
• Monitors KPIs and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
