Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 years' experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities, plan and assure continuous improvement.
• Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products.
• Manages the operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
• Implements cost savings measures and provides ideas for efficient operations.
• Plans the daily work schedule by reviewing orders and customer instructions.
