Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in New Jersey to lead end-to-end warehouse activities, drive production efficiency, and ensure safety and quality across the distribution network. You will supervise up to 50+ staff, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and implement cost controls while maintaining on-time delivery.

A strong background in cold storage and fast-paced environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Must have experience working in production based/fast paced environment.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.
• GED or high school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production planning, cost controls, and delivery dates.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Trains and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Directs supervisory staff and manages performance.
