Job summary

Performance Team, a Maersk company, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations and development of company products. You will manage up to 5 supervisors and 50+ staff across Special Projects, Shipping and Receiving, Packing, and Inventory, ensuring targets, safety, and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in warehouse operations management, 1 year cold-storage experience, and a track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in warehouse operations management.
• Experience in cold storage preferred.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production planning and quality control to meet delivery dates.
• Guides development of manufacturing and process plans.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates with internal teams and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Trains and supervises staff on policies and safety procedures.
