Performance Team, a Maersk company, seeks a seasoned Operations leader to direct end-to-end transportation and distribution facility activities in Wilmington, DE. You will drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction while shaping processes and budgets.

Qualified candidates bring 7–15 years in warehousing/transportation with 3PL experience, strong P&L skills, and familiarity with WMS/TMS/YMS systems. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7–15 years in fast-paced transportation and temperature-controlled warehousing.
• Experience managing transportation and warehousing operations in a 3PL environment.
• Familiar with WMS/TMS/YMS systems.
• Strong financial, analytical, and P&L experience.
• Ability to work in -20F environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains operations plans and standards to meet KPIs.
• Oversee verification of shipments, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
• Analyze reports and resolve operational and maintenance issues.
• Manage facility P&L and expenses.
• Ensure safety, training, and regulatory compliance.
