Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing
• Proven ability to implement and optimize WMS
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and material handling procedures
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on safety and productivity
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Mentor and manage warehouse staff including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and procurement (forklifts, racking, etc.).
