The Pivot Group Network in Traverse City, MI is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping. You will partner with production and logistics to ensure timely material flow and implement safe, efficient processes.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
Experience with WMS and ERP software.
Proven leadership and mentoring of warehouse staff.
Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement experience.
OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification for General Industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Optimize inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and maximize space utilization.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
Implement and maintain safety programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
Manage the maintenance and procurement of warehouse equipment and machinery.
