Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Walker, MI-based manufacturers to recruit a strong Warehouse Manager who will oversee all warehouse operations, drive inventory accuracy, and lead a skilled team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse management within manufacturing, expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, proficiency with WMS/ERP, and a solid track record in safety and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management in a manufacturing setting.
Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience.
Proficiency with WMS and ERP software.
Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse warehouse team.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy.
Lead a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Optimize layout and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams for on-time material availability.
