Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of warehouse management in manufacturing, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and a Lean/continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing inventory control systems (WMS/ERP).
• Strong leadership with focus on safety and team development.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement to align material movement with schedules.
• Implement and maintain a cycle counting program.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.
