Strong WMS and ERP experience, plus lean methodologies, are essential for success. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in warehouse roles, including leadership in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with WMS and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize material flow and meet production schedules.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.
