Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to optimize inventory control systems and implement efficient storage solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of warehouse personnel.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and best practices for material handling.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Manage inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Analyze warehouse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
