Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC in Hazelwood, MO, seeks a Logistics Manager to direct warehouse operations, optimize distribution, and lead receiving, storage, inventory control, and delivery readiness.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Logistics, you will manage P&L, safety, staffing, and continuous improvement, using metrics and coaching to raise performance across the branch. This role requires hands-on leadership for 45-50 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator up and down the organization.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Supervisors, Associates, and Drivers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong data and metrics driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate all warehouse activity.
• Actively manage P&L, quality, productivity, staffing, safety, capacity, and product flow.
• Foster continuous improvement via metrics, training, and coaching.
• Maintain open communications with operations personnel; support CS, QA, and Inventory Control.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of parcel shipments and daily operations.
