Job summary

Weee! is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee Chicago facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations. The role prioritizes workplace safety, inventory control, and on-time order fulfillment to sustain high service levels and customer satisfaction.

You will lead inbound/outbound, planning, and labor capacity, while developing teams and streamlining processes. Strong WMS and Excel skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 15+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years managing large, multi-layered teams.
• Experience with WMS systems, productivity metrics, and quality audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control.
• Optimize performance metrics and workflows to support rapid scaling.
• Make data-driven decisions to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
• Plan labor needs and manage capacity during peak periods.
