Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide the warehouse team, and uphold service, quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and optimize production schedules, while ensuring compliance and efficiency across the facility.

The role requires leadership experience in warehouse/logistics, proficiency with WMS, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F in storage facilities with PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while keeping records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
