PSW Group seeks a Warehouse Manager in Chicago Heights to oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials. Lead production staging, optimize layout, and drive on-time deliveries while controlling costs and improving workflow.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in warehouse leadership, preferably in manufacturing. Strong ERP, MS Office skills, and a focus on safety and team development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred.
• Five years of managerial experience in a warehouse role.
• Experience in manufacturing warehouses; foundry exposure a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Optimize warehouse layout and staffing for productivity.
• Ensure accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and system tracking.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards across all shifts.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel, manage schedules and training.
