Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse in Billings, MT to drive safety, service, and cost targets across the warehouse.

You will develop Warehouse Managers, oversee staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead by example, monitor performance, and coordinate staffing plans to optimize throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision required.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with WMS an asset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse and lead by example.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers and staff through coaching and training.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely receiving and loading operations.
• Monitor performance, drive productivity, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with HR and operations leadership on staffing and labor planning.
