Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse in Salem/Roanoke VA to lead a safety-focused warehouse operation. You will develop Warehouse Managers and supervise the receiving, storage, and loading of product while ensuring security and profitability of the facility.

You will oversee performance, implement process improvements, and partner with HR and operations to build a high-performing team that aligns with US Foods values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Develop all warehouse associates and drive engagement and retention.
