Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or related operational environments.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of distribution center operations to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain full site-level operational accountability, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency.
