Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-volume distribution.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi‑million sq. ft. distribution facility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a 500+ person workforce.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards across processes.
