DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and distribution operations for apparel across three distribution centers. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality while pushing continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse leadership within apparel, retail, or consumer goods distribution and 3+ years in supervisory positions, with strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and inventory control.

Formación

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in apparel, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods distribution.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Apparel distribution experience highly preferred.
• RF scanning, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns operations.
• Manage warehouse and inventory activities across three distribution centers.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and shipping performance.
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support WMS, RF scanning, and warehouse automation initiatives.
• Maintain strong safety, quality, and customer service standards.
