Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring a Distribution Center Senior Manager in Dallas to oversee daily operations, drive cost control, and ensure safety and performance targets are met. You will manage site budgets, lead a team, and partner with sales to improve service levels.

Required are a 4-year degree in a related field, 5+ years of distribution experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid strategies are evolving; relocation flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated management experience with leadership and motivational ability preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Lean methodology knowledge and change-driving ability in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum of five years of relevant distribution/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor, delivery, and other variable costs to align with plans.
• Drive accountability and performance; enforce company policies.
• Lead safety initiatives to ensure safe, on-time delivery and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet service level agreements and improve service.
