Role Overview

This position leads all aspects of a multi-million sq. ft. distribution operation, directing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while ensuring exceptional service levels and same-day fulfillment. The leader in this role will guide and empower a workforce of 500+ employees, maintaining world‑class standards in accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all warehouse functions, ensuring seamless flow of goods and adherence to high performance expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Maintain rigorous safety, quality, and accuracy standards across all processes.
• Drive efficiency through strategic planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience within high-volume distribution environments, including oversight of teams of 400+ employees.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performance-driven operational environments preferred.
