Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• Staff management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, fostering a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Utilize WMS, automation, and technology to track inventory and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services and supplies.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
• Lead customer relationships with daily contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Responsible for the site's P&L and alignment with commercial agreements.
• Prepare and present MB/R QBR to customers.
