Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedule reviewing orders and customer instructions.
• Supervise staff and assign duties to warehouse personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and development.
• Communicate progress and issues to management and clients.
• Maintain SOP adherence and cost controls.
