Job summary

U.S. AutoForce seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a work group and ensure department goals are met. The role runs Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm, and includes leadership, performance feedback, interview/hiring, training, and safety program support.

You will manage daily receiving, loading, returns, and outbound freight processes, supervise assistants, ensure accurate inventory, and operate power equipment including forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Experience supervising assistants and helpers.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems.
• Willing to work overtime or flexible hours.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and conformance with company driver policy.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (no THC).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings to keep personnel informed and enforce productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Receiving: check in product and stock appropriately.
• Loading: pick products for deliveries and load trucks safely.
• Returns: inspect and restock returned merchandise and process paperwork.
• Outbond/offloading: manage transfers and paperwork for warranty items.
• Operate power equipment, including forklift.
• May work as backup driver as assigned.
