Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiencies using defined metrics and improve performance.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through regular communication and KPI tracking.
• Maintain safety culture and monitor site safety and security.
• Coordinate staffing and operational needs, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and transfers.
• Provide guidance to Supervisors and develop associates through training programs.
• Oversee payment processing and daily deposits; maintain accurate customer billing records.
