Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience leading safety, HR, and operational processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives to optimize cost and service.
• Run site operations with safety and efficiency as top priorities.
• Maintain daily logs, deposits, and payroll records per SOP.
• Audit labor, billing reports, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Address customer issues daily and ensure service levels.
• Oversee scheduling and budgeting for the site.
