Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college study required.
• 2+ years experience in a warehouse supervisor role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for verification of shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping inventory current.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Help maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily safety compliance and investigate accidents, reporting findings.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain associate skills.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, and address concerns.
• Oversee more than 1 associate.
• Maintain GMP for food-grade warehouse.
