You will monitor productivity, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while balancing floor work with administrative duties.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, ERP experience (SAP or Manhattan), strong Excel skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed during busy seasons.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related warehouse supervision experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERPs (SAP or Manhattan) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise a 20+ member warehouse team to meet distribution goals.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and safety; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Schedule the workforce to ensure proper staffing and cost-efficient operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in audits and process improvements.
