Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• 3–5 years related experience preferred
• PIT experience preferred
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading a team preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Manhattan) preferred

Aufgaben

• Direct and manage a team of 20+ warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products
• Monitor site productivity standards and hold associates accountable to daily, weekly, monthly metrics
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet DC objectives while maintaining quality and inventory
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Gemba walks, Kaizen, takt boards)
• Daily scheduling of the workforce to ensure proper staffing for picking, replenishment, and shipping
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and repairs
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance appraisals
• Balance floor work with administrative duties
• Collaborate with HR daily and support cross-functional teams
• Participate in hiring decisions for leads and associates
• Maintain disciplinary processes and a productive work climate
• Prepare ad hoc reports using Excel or similar tools
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance records
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, FDA)
• Support safety audits and training documentation
