Technology Transfer Services seeks a warehouse supervisor to oversee hourly employees and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met across assigned departments.

You will guide staff using problem solving methods, implement organizational improvements, and maintain payroll accuracy through daily timekeeping updates. Regular safety tours and daily workload planning are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Proficient in manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Familiarity with scheduling and management systems.
• Analytical mindset for solving complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel and support hourly employees with needs/concerns.
• Address performance behaviors positively and constructively.
• Use Quality Network problem solving to address opportunities and engage staff.
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
• Update Timekeeping System daily for payroll accuracy.
• Document problem solving with A-3 format and follow guidelines.
• Lead daily meetings to review performance and discuss issues.
• Conduct weekly safety observation tours of departments.
• Plan daily workloads in advance.
• Assist colleagues to optimize shift performance.
• Observe and comply with National and Local contractual requirements.
• Enforce Shop Rules.
• Perform daily SOP audit checks.
• Advance skills through IDP process.
• Keep General Supervisor Shop Committee informed.
