Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven experience with IMS and WMS.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of materials.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and report KPIs for warehouse operations and identify improvement opportunities.
